Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the item.

Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
